Dr. Jason Johnson, political science professor at Hiram College, spoke with WKYC-TV in Cleveland about the impact of negative political advertising in the presidential race in Ohio.
Hiram College Professor Jason Johnson said, “Everyone says they are turned off by it, just like everyone says they are turned off by reality TV. But they tune in. Negative ads work very well.”
Some project Presidential campaign spending could reach $50 million in the Cleveland market by Election Day.

Professor Jason Johnson was invited to speak about the impact of the 2006 mid-term elections both nationally and in the state of Ohio.
